Aether Manipulation Spells
 
Aether Lance
This will create a beam or spear of pure aether which is then cast at the target. Damage will depend upon the amount of mana, range, skill of the caster. It is also rumored to damage the armor of the target.
 
Ethereal Shield
is a shield of aether, which will offer protection against elemental spells, and it is also rumored to offer a very basic defensive advantage in combat.
 
This spell is a must for every Warrior Mage. Many spells can backlash when cast at higher mana levels. This spell will negate the effects of those backlashes. It will also prevent collateral damage from frostbite.
 
The minimum mana for the spell is 1 mana. 
Spirit Cloak
This spell requires ethereal shield. When cast you will be unable to be detected by magic, and any one or anything will have a harder time using targeted magic spells on you. The spell will last as long as mana is held.
 
Aether Lash
This spell requires ethereal pathway, gar zeng, and an empty hand. When cast it will create a ethereal whip, which can be used to lash at your opponents.
 
Multiple Ethereal Shields
This spells requires ethereal shield. The caster creates a shield of aether on all members of the group the caster is joined to. It will offer protection against elemental spells, and it is also rumored to offer a very basic defensive advantage in combat.
 
It will also protect other members of the hunting party from suffering from collateral damage from Fire Ball, Frostbite, Chain Lightning, and a few other spells.
 
The minimum mana for the spell is 7 mana. 
 
Mana Sink
Requires spirit cloak. It will drain mana from the area, object, or target.
 
Ethereal Pathway
Requires aether lance. When cast this spell will create an ethereal pathway between the caster and the target increasing the hit percentage of all targeted spells. There is also the danger of over exposure to mana, which will result in nervous system damage.
 
Mana Barrier
Requires spirit cloak. When cast the caster has a very strong barrier against targeted attacks. It will also reduce the effects of all magic directed at the caster.
 
The spell will last as long as mana is held for it, and the caster will not be able to sense mana flows, or focus on devices.
