* You need to have at least 3 ranks in
your primary weapon. Primary being defined as the weapon in which you have the greatest
number of ranks. Then, you need to gain 2 more ranks/level EITHER in your primary weapon,
or a secondary weapon of your choice. Secondary being defined as the weapon skill in which
you have the most ranks, after your primary weapon.
Your primary and secondary weapons can
vary from level to level. One level you can gain all 5 ranks in your primary, then next
level decide to take up a secondary weapon, and gain the 2 extra ranks in that. Then the
next level gain 4 ranks in your primary, and one in your secondary.
